Catheter change at TG Hospital

Rachael attended a catheter change appointment. Stuart really struggled with the removal of catheter tubing as it had 'cuffed'. Stuart had to use a lot of force to remove tubing which cause Rachael discomfort and bleeding. He then washed out Rachael's bladder and said Rachael may bleed for a day or two due to 'cuffing' and arranged another appointment for 24/05/11.
